Elder law is a specific field of the law that covers the unique legal issues of older adults. This field of the law deals with Elder Rights, and the common rights issues felt by older individuals such as age-related obstacles, vulnerability to abuse, and other legal needs of an aging population.

A corporation is a legal entity created under state law, with corporate law as the body of law governing the rights, relations, and conduct of these legal entities and those involved with them. The legal work that can be involved in corporate law would be the creation of corporations, such as LLCs, the selling of businesses, and contracts.

Criminal law is an area of law relating to crime. It involves the conduct perceived as threatening, harmful, or otherwise endangering to the property, health, safety, and moral welfare of people, including oneself.
